Fai Khadra is a multi-disciplinary artist, whose work spans fashion, fine art, architecture and creative direction. With an exceptional ability to merge artistic boundaries, Fai’s expansive vision has led him to collaborate with some of the most influential figures in contemporary culture.
Fai’s architectural background has lent to projects like designing the set for the Fendi Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2021 Show with Kim Jones, and for Grammy Award winning singer, H.E.R.’s Hollywood Bowl show. He also worked on the set design for the Miaou Autumn Winter 2023 Show.
Fai’s visionary outlook made him the perfect collaborator for Sotheby’s, curating an edit for the Contemporary Curated London Auction in 2020. In the same year, Fai displayed his own sculpture at the Los Angeles Art Show. Titled Vessels, he carved a sculpture directly from the ground.
Not just a creative behind the camera, Fai has been shot by esteemed photographers such as Glen Luchford, Alasdair McLellan and Mikael Jansson. Extending his role as muse for heritage houses, he walked for Balenciaga’s Spring 2024 show and has worked for other brands such as Ralph Lauren, Dior and Tommy Hilfiger.
Utilising the breadth of his talents, Fai has collaborated on three exclusive collections with Oliver Peoples, where his creative direction and structural design touch merged seamlessly. In 2024, he collaborated with Gia Borghini to design a collection of shoes which reflected his architectural and artistic sensibilities.
Through creative direction, Fai’s avant-garde perspective continues to contribute to art, fashion, and design.
