Imogen Kwok is a London-based chef who works at the intersection of cooking, craft and material thinking. She applies the same rigour to food that you would metal, glass or fabric – while embracing the fact that everything she makes will eventually melt, bruise, oxidise or, of course, be eaten. Redefining today’s culinary arts, she has become a tastemaker across broader culture.
Her work is known for integrating food and design, blurring lines between sculpture and dining through trompe l’oeil, sensitivity to texture, and meticulously arranged geometric forms.
Imogen’s irreverent and innovative approach to cooking has developed from training in Michelin starred restaurants and food styling.
She collaborates with esteemed brands such as Loewe, De Beers, Miu Miu, Chanel, Hermes, and Sotheby’s.
